Dark Horizons lists Remember Me as a Notable Film for 2010.

Dark Horizons has listed Remember Me as one of the notable films for 2010.
by Garth Franklin

Cast: Robert Pattinson, Emilie de Ravin, Pierce Brosnan, Chris Cooper, Lena Olin
Director: Allen Coulter

Summary: A rebellious young man in New York City has a strained relationship with his father ever since tragedy separated their family. A twist of fate bring him in contact with a young woman whose spirit unexpectedly heals and inspires him.

We're still very much in the eye of the storm when it comes to Robert Pattinson. The scruffy, unassuming 23-year-old Brit didn't really ask for the media storm and fangirl craze surrounding him, but he has it anyway. The one good thing about it is that he can use it to push non-"Twilight" films of his that would otherwise go unnoticed at the box-office.

Remember Me in MTV's Top Films to Look Forward to in 2010

MTV's Hollywood Crush has listed Remember Me as #8 on their most looked forward to movies for 2010.

8. "Remember Me," or "When Edward Finds A Blonde"

Keeping in line with
chick-flicks we're excited for is Robert Pattinson's newest non-vampire film,
"Remember Me." Not only is it Rob's first chance to show to the world (in wide
release) his acting capabilities, but it's also starring some of our favorite
people. Emile de Ravin! Pierce Brosnan! Chris Cooper! It's March 12 release date
will hopefully satiate our "Twilight" needs for at least a week.

Remember Me Trailer Dubbed in French for Quebec

Article Translation to English:

See Robert Pattinson in the trailer for Remember Me in French
Isabelle Hontebeyrie

In Quebec, Remember Me, the upcoming movie starring Robert Pattinson, will be in theaters as The Rage to Live. We introduced the trailer in the original version a month ago, here now in French.

Whenever I see trailers for films in a dubbed version, I remember the reasons why I never see films other than in the original version. This trailer, just out of Summit studios, is unfortunately a French version. Therefore, Robert Pattinson, Emilie de Ravin, Pierce Brosnan, and Chris Cooper are speaking the language of Molière. And if you want my opinion, it is a very nice massacre (I am thinking we insert sarcasm here!) Therefore we will have fun comparing the two!

The trailer is in VF (French Version) below, while for the record, we have included the original version from last month in the right column, in order to cleanse your ears after hearing Robert Pattinson dubbed! (Thanks, Calendos.)

Recall that this trailer was shown during screenings of Twilight: New Moon, a Chris Weitz film with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. Another thing to which I take exception too often, the translation of film titles in Québec. While in France--at least according Allo Ciné--the title of Remember Me will be "Souviens-toi de moi", a literal translation, we have the right to anything in our Beautfiul Province.

Because "Souviens-toi de moi" does not have enough bite. As a result, I do not know who decided that for Québec, Remember Me would be entitled, "Le Rage de Vivre" (The Rage to Live). Ye! (Yuck!) You have to admit, that is as bad a translation as it gets. Especially since, according to the latest information provided by Summit, the film's official synopsis is as follows.

Tyler (Robert Pattinson) is the son of a wealthy New York family. One day he is attacked by a police officer (Chris Cooper) in a fight. To avenge the latter, he decides to seduce his daughter (Emilie de Ravin). But contrary to what was expected, Tyler and Ally go on to live a story of passion, the kind of story that marks a life forever. A story of love upset by tragic family histories. So what has this to do with the rage to live?
