Remember Me Domestic Box Office

Remember Me added another $23,818 this weekend in domestic box office receipts bringing the total amount to $19,057,024.

The number of theaters decreased by 35.6%, but the per theater average of $313 is only a drop of 15.6%. And since most of these theaters are of the discount variety, there was probably close to 16,000 people in the US who viewed Remember Me this past week-end!

Doesn't sound like a lot, but its been about 8 weeks now, right? I, again, read some goof calling it a bomb--or the equivalent--but I wonder how other films are doing? Rhetorically.

I can see it won't reach $20M but that milestone would be great. Maybe the total with international will reach $60M?? Not even open in some markets yet, right?

To see Iron Man gross over $130M in 4 days almost seems obscene when you know what it is.
Sigh....Big sigh....

I wish RM could be re-released on the big screen on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 next year. Wouldn't that be something?

@jessegirl Yes, a re-relase would be something, but both you and me know that some many people still find the ending controversial, so there's little chance of that. As to this goof who said RM bombed, we know what their opinion is worth. Shame on them.
