Remember Me is officially scheduled to open in India on May 14th.

OK, I know there have been a few different dates and keeps changing, but this date is official via the distributor PVR Picture's Remember Me facebook page.

Remember Me Props Up for Bids

Memories play an important part of the film, even in small ways - Ally's mom memorizing the muggers' faces, Aiden remembering Neil Craig, who in turn, remembers Aiden, Charles remembering that it was Tyler's 22nd b-day.

From the name to many big and little things that were included in the film, Remember Me has the theme of remembrance running all through it. And it's just not about remembering Tyler, but also about the memories of Ally's mom and Michael Hawkins.

Box Office Update - International

Last week's box office results for France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Russia (CIS), UAE and the UK have been tabulated.

Receipts from these countries added an additional $1,387,064 to the international box office total, bringing that amount to $32,393,583.

The domestic total is now $18,943,090 after adding in $8,419 of Monday's receipts.

Total worldwide actuals are now counted $51,336,673.

Updated India Release Information

It appears that the release of Remember Me in India will be May 7th, not April 30th.
Or at least that is when it will be releasing in Mumbai. The ladies with this information have seen posters in the theaters, but have not seen anything else in the newspapers about it.

Box Office Update - Domestic

Remember Me rebounded at the domestic box office this past week-end. An increase of theaters from 157 to 204, helped the film to pull in $82,494 in week-end box office sales. Those numbers represent an increase of 20.5% over last week-end's results.

This brings the total domestic box office total to $18,934,671.
