Remember Me Coupon Help

Having trouble printing the $8 off coupon for Remember Me? Try this:


We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty printing coupons or offers from our site. Try checking the following:

First check if the coupon printer is installed and if so please uninstall it.
Windows go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Coupon Printer ->
Uninstall -> Restart
Macs go to Finder -> Local Hard Drive -> Library -> Internet Plug-Ins -> Coupon.plugin ->
Move to Trash -> Restart

Second close all web browsers and download/install the coupon printer program from this link .

Otherwise copy/paste the link into a web browser and install the coupon printer.

Third check to see if the add-on is enabled and test by selecting a coupon and then click on print selected coupons.
I.E. – Tools Menu -> Manage Add-ons -> Add-ons used by IE -> enable Coupons Inc
Firefox – Tools Menu -> Add-ons -> Plug-ins -> enable Coupons Inc
Safari – Safari Menu -> Preferences -> Security Tab -> Check Enable Plug-ins

As a possible option if the above did not work. Try using Internet Explorer to download/install and print the coupons.

First time here so I don't know if posting links is a no-no but I tried everything to print the coupon and it wouldn't work. Then found this link from Red Plum and it printed immediately. But I've used Red Plum for coupons before.

I tried 3x and now it wont let me print it because I tried to many times... So now what happens? Do i have to reinstall this?

My suggestion would be to email the Red Plum help with what you tried and see what they say.
