Remember Me and Robert Pattinson Nominated for Teen Choice Awards

Remember Me has been nominated for a Teen Choice Award for best drama and Robert Pattinson has been nominated as best actor in a drama for his portrayal of Tyler in Remember Me. Katie Perry will host the Teen Choice Awards which will air Monday August 9, 2010 at 8:00 p.m Eastern time on the Fox Network. Voting is open for teens, ages 13-19 and you can vote once a day.

Well, I'm no longer a teen so I can't participate. Even though it is only a poll-type popularity award, it would still be nice if Rob and the film got it. Funny, I can put down this type of award and still want it to win.
I'm guessing 'Dear John' and 'Blindside' would be hard to beat--even though RM is still a better movie. But Rob might win, given the competition, unless too few teens saw RM.

I think that Rob's fan base makes it his to lose. I think the biggest competition may be The Runaways. I know it's just a popularity contest, but I would love, love, love for it and Rob to win!
